In 2019, Ms. Jamicia Davis founded Endurance Counseling and Supervision Services. The term "Endurance" was inspired by a sermon. The sermon was about the importance of being committed to enduring both the challenges and victories of life.

Ms. Davis is very passionate about providing strategies and tools to clients that will help sustain their endurance. Ms. Davis strives to establish and maintain a healthy, positive, and professional relationship with all her clients.

Ms. Davis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Trauma Specialist with over 16 years of experience. She has experience working in public schools, human services, behavioral health, juvenile drug court, and other private sectors. She is very passionate about working with clients that are eager and full of hope. Ms. Davis has worked with children, adolescents, and adults.

Ms. Davis is a native of Auburn, New York. She currently resides in the Hampton Roads area in Virginia. Ms. Davis is now a Ph.D. Candidate at Norfolk State University. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Buffalo State College. Ms. Davis is also a member of the illustrious sorority, Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., and other professional organizations.

Ms. Davis is noted for her work in sponsoring young girl’s clubs, volunteering at local senior citizens' homes, and participating in community outreach events. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
